Lisa will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for corporate and private clients, driving the development of specialised services, and maintaining client relationships.

With more than 20 years of experience, Lisa has successfully managed the complexities of trust and company administration across various jurisdictions, including London, Switzerland, and Singapore. In her previous role, she led a team managing diverse structures such as securitisation SPVs, trusts, CLOs, real estate, and investments, as well as overseeing the creation and corporate administration of commercial shipping structures.
